All orders will be filled in approximately 3 business days.

We do our best to have every piece on our web site available to you for immediate shipment, however due to the nature of our product, this is not always possible. If the piece you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Please contact us if you need a special size in a particular piece. In some instances we may able to accommodate you.

No Shipping Charges (via USPO snail mail)

Return Policy:
If you are not happy with any item you have purchased online, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt. The item must be shipped to us in the original packaging, in unworn condition. We will credit you for the amount of the purchase.

Items purchased on our website may not be returned to boutique locations for credit, nor does our internet return policy apply to items purchased in stores that sell our merchandise.

Broken Items:

We make our jewelry and sometimes things break. We will be happy to repair anything made by us.

We are able to ship most items within approximately 3 business days of receiving your order. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of some of our pieces, this may not always be possible. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as we can.

We are pleased to offer FREE USPO SNAIL MAIL shipping on all orders!

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

International Orders:
We have many customers who shop from the far corners of the globe. Unfortunately we cannot apply the free shipping to these orders. You will receive a shipping estimate as part of the checkout process. It is only an estimate and the shipping charge will be adjusted upon final processing of you order. You will be notified of the price as well as the carrier we will use. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country.
